So I just secured a property in ware MA, huge house 4 bdrms and 2 bthrms. It listed a 2family home by the town ibut has been used as a single family home. I am selling the contract for $5000 the house is $58000. Need minor updates inside. Accessed at $140,000.00. This is a true investors special. If your Interested just respond to this posting.
