Marketing Campaign for Off Market Leads-Where do I start?

Hi, I am a fix and flip investor in Los Ángeles. We are still active and looking for potential deals. We have previously acquired our flips through the MLS or through wholesalers. However, we are looking to acquire more properties and are looking to start a marketing campaign to generate leads. We've not done something like this before and looking to get advice on how best to establish a good system and what type of marketing others are seeing the most success in.

Any advice and help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

René

There are many good options for finding off-market properties. The most important thing is to be consistent, this is where most people fail. Good luck!
