Flipping Houses 100 Miles Away in the same state

Hello Everyone!

Glad to be positing here, hopefully I get a response. I'm starting to look into fix and flipping homes to start making money to invest in multiple rental properties trying to learn as much as possible. How would I be able to invest 100 miles away or not in my city in general not in another state. Im aware that investing in another state is not the best option, at least not as a new investor. I live in South Florida and the real estate market here is expensive around the $280k - $380k +. I've being doing research and I see homes for less up north. Is there any suggestions into investing outside of my local area, and if so how? Or any other suggestions? Any insight or thoughts would be a huge help!

Thank you All, have a blessed day.
