New to wholesaling, got some questions

Hey BiggerPockets,

I’m brand new to investing and am looking to jump into real estate. I’ve done significant research and have been asking questions on the forums. To me it seems like a great way to get started is via wholesaling. Others have said its a good way to gain experience, make contacts, and build capital for future endeavors.

I’ve got about a thousand and one questions but I think the best way to learn would be working with somebody already doing it.

Are there any wholesalers in Houston willing to work with and teach a newbie if I were to share part of my profits on the deals I’d bring? If not, could the BP community direct me to where I can find some wholesalers to connect with?

Thanks in advance.

-Daniel
