Newbie Question for Wholesaling in NJ
Hello BP Family,
I am a newbie into real estate investing and would like to wholesale in NJ (New Jersey). I am also taking the course to become a real estate agent and recently heard it may hinder my wholesaling ability in this state. Is that true? If it is, is there any way to wholesale legally while still being an agent? i.e in another state? I’d like to do this legally without getting in trouble with the law. If worse comes to worst I’d choose one and go with it, however I wanted to pose the question to all you wise, wonderful investors. Thanks in advance!
