Buying Mobile home for quick flip. Need advice!
This ladies family member died and they now have the mobile home to deal with. They don't want to make those monthly payments to the park so they want to sell. It is located in covina, ca. It's 2bd 2 bath w/laundry carport wheelchair accessibility and was built in 1989. It's a SKYLINE DOUBLE WIDE. SHe is saying she wants to sell for $10,000. I looked at some comps and that seems reasonable. I am looking to turn around and sell it. Any objections to this? Things I should look out for?
