List of numbers for investors with no names. What do I do?
Buddy of mine who also wholesales in my area gave me a list of numbers for investors that are interested in properties in my area (Macon, GA). My friend only gave me the numbers, so I have no names or anything else to go off of.
Buddy told me to not use his name when reaching out to the investors, no idea why he won't allow me to use his name as it would solve my problems. so I wanted to pick your brains and see how some of you would handle this little situation I've got on my hands.
Texting is the way to go, as far as I see it. As I don't know the names of these people. If I knew their names I'd call all of them right away. Anyways, what would be a simple text that I could send to each of these investors? I wholesale the same types of properties my buddy does.
