Has anyone used Vacant House Data Feed as a resource to find vacant houses? If so, how accurate is it and do you have to pay to use their service?

 I'm not familiar with that one but you can use SmartyStreets.com and run a list of addresses. That will give you a report of the addresses that the USPS is not delivering to. (Mostly vacant properties)
