I'm very interested in doing real estate investing in Northern California. I've decided to start out with wholesaling before moving onto other strategies. So, I know I need leads that can be potential deals but I have no clue on what needs to be written in the contracts or how they should be written. Can anyone provide some insight on how to begin?
