Wholesaling a retail priced deal

Hello, I have a this deal that I got. It’s in very good condition. Updated some places but good condition in other places . Can I wholesale it to a retail buyer that’s looking for a place to live ? Instead of buying it and putting it on the market , can I get it under contract and wholesale it to a retail buyer ?

@Chris Mason, was that our deal you're referring to? :)

 Yes ma'am it was. :)
