Wholesaling as a Partnership???
I plan to go into wholesaling as a partnership, does anyone have advice they can give. I know it is not necessary, but we want to set up an LLC for the partnership. Any do's or don't's?

Teri,
No, you can form your LLC prior to determining how you would like to split earnings. I would just make a clear agreement on how to split earnings prior to making your first deal.
In my opinion, the best way to keep a thriving partnership is identifying clear expectations on both ends.
Hope this helps :)
