Hey BP Community!

I am looking for your referrals for wholesalers in 4 markets: Nassau and Suffolk County, NY, Harrisburg, PA, Detroit, Michigan, and Charlotte, NC.

I want to add a disclaimer. I’m looking for referrals of people you’ve done deals with. Not because I’ve done so many deals and I only want to work with someone with experience (although that is mandatory) but more importantly I’m looking for someone who’s going to educate me on the market I’m getting involved with and have a basis of information on why they’re putting their deals in front of me.

For NY: I live in NY and I’m looking for properties to flip.

For PA, MI, and NC: in these markets I’m looking for properties to rehab and rent. Cash flow is key in these markets for me.
