I'm questioning the concept only..
Lets assume you were given a steady flow of seller leads and your obligation was as follows.
1) meet all prospect sellers
2) make canned presentation
3) sign agreement
4) meet inspectors
5) small amount of property maintenance
6) sign non compete
Your obligation didn't include
1) advertising expense
2) cash to buy or credit
What % would be acceptablefor your time?
