Hello Stephen!  First of all, wholesaling is not the way to start out unless you can lie, withhold information, and can handle back-stabbing by more experienced crooks.  I have not read any wholesaling books but I would recommend anything on BP.com/books that Brandon Turner furnishes.  It's a good sign that you want to learn about something before you do it.  Aside the last recommendation I would focus on financial investing and networking at local clubs or events.  Also, focus on being tech savvy.  Good luck to you!
