Sending JV info to title company

If I'm doing a joint venture agreement with another wholesaler (I'm bringing the buyer), what do I need to send to the title company to make sure I'm included in the deal?

Thanks in advance for any help!

@Gregory Larson Thats correct! I would suggest only using it if you are confident you can find a buyer. Typically if a wholesaler cant get a deal sold its because its not priced correctly or they arent reaching out to buyers who would be interested. Make sure you double check their numbers before you start telling your buyers about the deal
