REO Wholesaling in Houston,TX

I want to know, how investors are closing their REO Wholesales using the double close or simoltaneous close method. When REO Banks in Houston,TX request to close at their own title companies like Steward, Chicago, etc. These title companies do not allow any of the closing methods mentioned above. Can someone please give me advise on how to do this?
