Getting Leads without money.....

Need the best advice on getting Quality Leads with very little or no money. I do driving for dollars but considering that I'm only getting around 100 leads a week driving,with a mix of distressed and vacant properties, I think the numbers are too small..anyone have a proven strategy ?

Wholesaling is technically possible without any upfront money, but in order to scale in any meaningful fashion you will have to put some money into marketing and leadgen. Things like buying lists, cold calling systems, bandit signs, direct mail, PPC, etc are a necessary expenditure with wholesaling.
