Woulf you start with Wholesaling or Flipping?
Hi BP Community,
I’m a new investor who wants to get into the game but lacks sufficient funds. I really like my W-2 job and therefore don’t want to quit at the moment but want to get started in some way. I have been reading and listening to lots of podcasts and I have been attracted to the idea of starting a side hustle of either flipping or wholesaling in order to get some applicable experience while making some money to help me get started. Which would you all recommend I start with? I understand that both options will require work and I’m willing to put in the time and energy to do it right but was curious of your thoughts. Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks for your time!

@Robert C. It’s all up to you. I would say start looking for deals and if it makes more sense to wholesale or flip, do that. The key is to start.
