Question for REO Wholesaler's
Hello everyone. This is a question for wholesalers who do a few properties a month. If I'm making a tons of offers to get one or two deals a month, would you recommend getting a limited broker's license or general realtor license to do this? It would seem difficult for any realtor who would want to do this for you. Please advise. Thanks much!

Hi Greg -
I have never had an re license and have always used a realtor to do this for me. I have also approached the largest REO broker's in the area and made offers on their properties allowing them to keep both sides of the transaction. In return for that, they make other offers for me. When they know you are going to close, they will be willing to make the offers.
Hope that helps - best of luck!
