Hello Everyone!

I'm a new Real Estate Investor in Grand Island, Nebraska. I'm looking to network in the bigger surrounding cities of Lincoln/Omaha to gain knowledge and make my first deal happen. Any information for a beginner and steps on how to get and close my first deal would be greatly appreciated.
