Title Company in NYC that allows assignments/double closings?

Hi,
I'm starting out with Wholesaling in NYC and have already started building my buyers list and marketing to distressed homeowners. I've been searching and can't really find anyone who gives the actual NAME of an investor-friendly title company in NYC... does anyone have any suggestions or can refer one they work with personally? Or do I basically just need to call around to every one I can find and ask them if they do assignments?
