Letters to Cash Buyers

Do any of you send direct mail pieces  to cash buyers?

I reversed engineered and found cash buyers of a specifici area that Im currently working in. I was able to contact a few cash buyers thru social media etc.

I want to send a mail piece to the cash buyers that I was unable to connect with thru social media as I have their mailing address. 

Thoughts?
