@Michael Kistner Hi Michael Here is what I am looking for: I am looking for a lender, that will serve as a money partner on my rehab opportunities. San Joaquin and Sacramento counties are the markets that I have chosen. The partner should have the capacity to fund up to 30 to 100 percent of the project. This person can decide on there risk tolerance. Keeping in mind that they will hold a first deed of trust position against the property. The private lender will be a loss payee on the project. Meaning, if the home burned down, the insurance company would pay the private lender off. Details: Single family homes 8 to 10 % annualized return $250,000 to $300,000 will be the target price point Rehab time frame will depend on the project BUY IS A LICENSED CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE BROKER! 01799976 I WILL BE PURCHASING THIS PROPERTY AS THE PRINCIPAL INVESTOR. BUYER IS ALSO A FORTUNE BUILDERS STUDENT!
