I wouldn't recommend. You need boots on the ground, like Jorge said, and an understanding of the market you're working in because there's so much you don't see just looking up houses on Google Street View and even running comps

What do you need after you have boots on the ground? A service like DocuSign? Cold calling script? Does one need a contractor in said area along with a partner in the area. I need to know the tools used to make a virtual wholesale deal go through once I get an agreement over the phone. How do I proceeded from there?
