Greetings from a first time wholesaler in Massachusetts
Greetings, I’m Orlando... I am a new 1st Time wholesaler in the west Massachusetts area looking to learn this craft by any means... currently trying to find my first deal...any ideas or tips on how to find buyers and how to navigate the assignment contracts feel free to share, any info is welcome...im also open to partnership on deals and/or ground work if your outta state or busy..also open to be mentored.. i am in the areas of West Springfield, longmedow, Springfield, Chicopee, agawam and near by towns anyone with wholesale and renting experience feel free let me know your experiences
