Wholesaling Contract in Orange County/Los Angeles County

I am new to wholesaling and took a program on how to wholesale properties per Jaelin White. They provided us with a contract but we were advised to have a real estate attorney look it over to see if it is okay in our area. I am in the Orange County area and was looking to see who i can go to to have this contract revised to see if it is okay in my area before i start jumping into wholesaling properties??

@Ariana JImenez, @Joe Homs is a great help to newer investors in OC. He also teaches free classes on wholesaling, flipping, and other topics. Take him out to lunch and he'll help get you started.
