Help W/Legal Documentation and Wholesaling
Okay, I needed some clarification regarding the contracts involved in wholesaling and especially, what HUD settelement documents are. I was informed that they could be used so the cash buyer didn't know the original purchase price of the property.
How does this exactly work in a simultaneous closing?
