Hey everybody my names Jayden and I'm a 20 year old investor out here in Arizona. We Buy in Arizona, Nevada, California and going into Texas. Just curious if anybody has any tips on getting off market wholesale deals? We are looking to do around 8-10 deals a month come 2018 and would Love to work with other people doing wholesale deals. We are also looking to do a lot more options and JV wholesale deals since we have such a large base of unique cash buyers. Please send me a message today and let's chat!
