i've been wholsaling for over a year now and i've been pretty successful. however, i have had a partner that generates all my leads and i want to learn the best ways to find motivated sellers for myself. i'm in the philly market and i want to know the best way to get tax delinquent property lists? also any other suggestions on motivated seller lists?
