Best way to pull court records?

Hey BP, I am looking to target some motivated sellers! Primarily Absentee Owners with active evictions in process or homeowners that are facing pre foreclosure. Should I hire someone local to go to the courthouse and pull them in person or use a VA? What are you guys doing. BTW I'm in Charlotte NC Mecklenburg co.
