Hello, Everyone

l am a starting out as a new wholesaler in Chicago, IL. And l was wondering what type of Illinois Approved Purchase and Sales 

agreement should l use for my wholesale deals? Can anyone link me to a agreement for Illinois that they use? Any suggestions would be

appreciated. Any wholesalers in Illinois or Chicago would be of great help for this topic.
