OH title companies for wholesaling?
Hello everyone;
Does anyone know of investor friendly title companies that allow simultaneous closings for wholesaling here in Columbus, OH? I have some great deals to wholesale to some buyers, but most are bank owned and don't allow assignments. A simultaneous close would be best, then a double close. Thanks!

Hi Eric,
Old School Title up in NE Ohio, I believe they are located in Akron or Cleveland. They are very familiar with this type of closing. Ask for Marc.
