Breaking the mold, house with 50 acres

So I sent out my first mailer and my first call in was from an older lady (very sweet and used to be a real estate agent) who has a property in the rural outskirts of town.  She informed me that this parcel comes with 52 acres of land.  Now I feel like this is a deal in the making but not sure who is interested or where.  

The property is in Louisburg NC.  

Interested or advise on how to proceed please respond.
