Wholesaling to Homevestors
Hello
Has anyone assigned a wholesale deal to a Homevestor franchisee? I searched for the topic on here but nothing came back.
I have a deal that all my buyers list turned down because its a frame home the layout is really ugly. The price is super low and a savvy rehabber could make this property a gem. My last resort is to try and get a Homevestor to purchase. Anyone who has dealt with them on this level or has knowledge your input would be appreciated.
