Getting started in Las Vegas
Hello everyone here on bp. I am located here in Las Vegas and I'm looong to start wholesaling. I have done a lot of reaserch and have networked with some local wholesalers/investors. The problem is that I am getting told only a limited amount of information due to not having funds to have more details. How do I find properties? Can I wholesale pre forclosures? After I get further in my real estate knowledge I would like to work with a local investor. lol I know it's a lot but thank you for taking the time out to read this.
