Wholesaling in Charlotte, NC

I am a beginner looking to start wholesaling in the Charlotte area of NC. I have the basic concept down of how to do everything but I am still a iffy about what I need to do. I have little to no money to put into wholesaling. Meaning, I have money to buy yellow cards and/or bandit signs and possibly some to buy lists of sellers.. I have no idea who to use for the contracts, such as an attorney or anything like that. In all, I guess I have no clue what I'm doing. Can anyone recommend something to read on the forums that would help me out? I've been searching, reading, and listening to podcasts and I've heard the same thing every time. It just doesn't really explain much.
