HELP with Wholesaling out of state questions
Hello BP community! I live in Redding, CA and I'm looking into doing out of state wholesale deals as well as trying to get deals done in my city but only thing that I'm trying to figure out still is if I can do out of state deals with out an LLC. Is this possible? What is all needed when trying to wholesale out of state. Trying to get a lot of knowledge on this. Help or advice? Thanks.
