Competition is Fierce!!!

Hello BP!

Is it just me, or does it seem like there is a lot of competition in the Bridgeport, CT market for wholesale deals?  If you ask me,  a savvy wholesaler in the trenches would have to gain an inside track on leads to get an off market deal worth looking at for a buyer.  There just aren't that many leads to go around.   Is there such a thing as an on market deal?  Are investors so caught up in trying to make the most money that they sacrifice making NO money at all?  A couple of questions that I ask myself from time to time; and what can be done about it?  I would appreciate any feedback, comments or concerns on this topic.

Nathan

Does your market have vacant houses? Probates? Code Enforcement Liens? Tax Deed Sales? Preforeclosures? All of these are ways I find deals and I work the source of the data, not any list services to find my off-market deals.
