*Newbie* Is wholesaling possible in San Francisco/ NorCal?

Hello there,

I'm new to the forums and new to real estate wholesaling and I'd like to learn more! I'm curious to know if there are any wholesalers who have been able to wholesale in the SF Bay Area recently with the real estate market booming and so high priced. Also, does anyone do this out of their residential region? Out of state? Any suggestions for places to get started meeting other local wholesalers?

Hi @Brendan McEwan,

Wholesaling really isn't a thing for folks just getting started, as a viable source of sustained income, in the core Bay Area markets.

We simply have too many REI that are actually qualified to purchase the homes, that can actually close on those purchases. And the homes are too valuable. This isn't Nebraska.

Feel free to prove me wrong, and I will be the first to tip my hat to you if you do. :)
