Advice on Wholesale company
Has anyone found a reliable wholesale company in Baltimore? I am on a listing bwi meetup listing where I receive "great deals" all the time, but the first few I looked at seemed drastically overpriced/overhyped. I may have found one that appears to be decent, but I have yet to tour the properties they have listed. The name of the company is people and property solutions. If anyone has dealt with them or knows of any legit wholesalers, I would deeply appreciate the feedback.
