Getting the first deal -- Wholesaling
I am a 22 year old and new to REI and have been researching, with reading and videos, for the past few months. I am currently trying to find the best strategies for marketing as well as closing a deal. What would be the best ways to start off in the business?
Would bird dogging deals to seasoned investors be a good way to learn?
