Seller called in with an odd request...
Hello everyone,
I got a call in today from a seller who filled bankruptcy because she was going to a tough time in her life and didn't want to lose her house. Now she wants to sell it before she gets out of bankruptcy so she doesn't lose it to foreclosure(I'm assuming once she gets out of bankruptcy it will automatically start the foreclosure process). The kicker is.... She would like to purchase the home back from the buyer... She mentioned a lease to own or rent to own situation... I'm not sure how that would work.
Does anyone know of a solution for this motivated seller?
