Accurate estimate of repair costs
How do I get an accurate estimate of repair cost when analyzing a wholesale deal, if I don't know how much each repair will cost? Because from my understanding, I'm supposed to add those numbers in before I bring the deal to a buyer, but the buyer gets those numbers while doing their due diligence.. I'm just slightly confused on what exactly I'm supposed to be presenting to a buyer. Any help?
