Best Hourly Wage
I always hear that wholesaling doesn't require a lot of time and $ to get in the game, but when you research it, it seems like a lot of work, in fact any facet of real estate investing seems to require a lot of grit, grind and efforft.
What is the most investors have made with the least hours spent. I know someone can make 18 on a flip, but spend 6 mos, so really they only made 3k a month.
