Hi, I am a wholesaler operating out of Wisconsin. I am 30 min away from Hudson and I am going to expand into Minnesota. I am looking to get into the neighborhoods around Maplewood, Woodbury and White Bear Lake. I am looking for other Minnesota Wholesalers who would be willing to help me out with learning more about the market and any laws regarding Wholesaling. If there is anyone who is actively wholesaling in Minnesota I would like to team up and we can split all profits.

Hi Brian Wheeler we are investors out of the Hugo-Stillwater area. In Minnesota you can't jump title. You need to do either A-B/B-C with B-C closing after A-B or you can assign contract as long as your sales agreement allows it.
You can add us to your buyers list. We are active in the areas you have listed. We have a Title company that we really like. They have an office in Maplewood as well as several other locations throughout the cities.

Okay yes all I do is double closings so that should be great! and yeah maybe we could meet up for coffee sometime and just brainstorm on some different options?

@Brian Wheeler Hi, Brian I am from Maplewood, my goal is to get into buy and hold ultimately but I want to wholesale few deals in the beginning and then jump to buy and hold. I have been marketing for 3 months now and got few leads but no closed deal yet. I would like to connect with you sometime and brainstorm. If that is something you'd be interested let me know.

Hey @Brian Wheeler and @Davit Gharibyan - I'm considering dipping toes into the wholesale game in the next year myself (located in NE MPLS). Would be interested in connecting about how you go about getting data, analyzing deals, etc., if you're still in that game. Ultimate goal, like Davit, is to get into buy & Hold.
