Do I bother calling back cold leads?
Did the google voice -> podio lead set up so I have a few VM's off my first marketing campaign. One call was warm, and we're working on a few options to go into contract on this seller house.
The other 4-5 VM's I've received vary between
- I got your postcard and just calling to tell you we're not interesting in seller
- This is XYZ and calling you to tell you, we're never, ever, ever in the future going to move from our house. We are happy where we are right now
- I'm not interested in selling, I'm giving the house to my son after I move on
- Who do you think you are?!?! I hope you go jump off a ****** bridge and die [refuses to give address to take off list]
What do you guys do when you get cold leads coming in? Call back even the most unmotivated people? Let them go? I have their number, so might as well call to get confirmation and attempt to get referrals.
Also, do you still mail people who indicate they don't want to sell? Do you take them off once they tell you to DNC?
