Hello BP,
I am seeking qualified wholesalers that can consistently bring me properties that I can rehab and resell. I buy ALL CASH and am also an agent, so I can process/close quickly. Looking to purchase in Hillsborough, Pasco, and northern Pinellas if location makes sense.
I know it's getting tougher to find the best deals, but I'm ideally looking for SFH, 3/2, with a good amount of equity. Next project looking to buy for $150K max with at least a 15% ROI after resale.
I appreciate any contact info, or referrals (please PM me) and/or feedback (good/bad) on this thread of wholesalers you've worked with in the past. Ideally would like to build a relationship with a few, so I am constantly receiving updates on new properties.
I will. I currently have 39 units. Most are multis but a few are SFR. They are asking 2M, which is a 13 cap from what they tell me. They are from Tampa to Orlando. Let me know if you are interested. Fully rented out.
I am not a wholesaler but I do come across some deals through some of my network in Tampa and Orlando. I have flipped hundreds of properties now. I am an investor, lender, broker, and GC. I also hold a portfolio of rental properties. I am trying to build up my network on Bigger Pockets.
