Globiflow, callrail, podio...combine calls under 1 item

I am using  Podio, CallRail, and Globiflow  to manage my incoming calls.  I have Globiflow creating a new lead each time a call comes in.  I also have Globiflow identifying leads as duplicates if it is the same number.

I would like to have the duplicate numbers and voicemail recordings from CallRail added under the original lead.  Globiflow would also need to change the status of lead to "new call received" when a call from the same phone number is added.

Anyone have experience doing this?

Thanks,

Alden Simpson
