Wholesaling...WHY?
So this question is for all the wholesalers in our current market.... My understanding is that wholesaling is selling multiple properties at a low price. By doing this, someone has to find listings of properties available, with different criteria (depending on your target audience), you then put an offer on the home and if it is accepted, you then sell it to someone else for a slightly higher cost, which nets you the outstanding balance of the original price. The benefit to this is to have the opportunity to gain capital without having to put out any money out of pocket.
*If this is incorrect, please correct me.
Now for my question.... What made you get into wholesaling? Why does it work for you? How do you find your wholesale deals? What is the most you've ever made on a wholesale deal?
