Best Direct Mail Pieces to Use for Specific Groups?
Hello,
What are the best direct mail pieces to use for the following groups? :
1. Pre-Foreclosures
2. Divorced prospects
3. Tax defaults
4. Absentee owners
I looking to see what pieces work best for the above targets? Do yellow letters work best for them, postcards, or letters with company logo/letterhead?
I look forward to hearing your feedback and help.

No matter what Rick, keep mailing to the same list at least 4 times as you scrub it each time. The more often you contact them the more they become familiar with you and realise your a serious buyer. Space your mailings about 3-4 weeks apart and change the message slightly to let them know of your continued interest in them and their property
Good hunting!
